About Us

What We Believe

  • About God

We believe that God is The Self Existing, Incorporeal, Sovereign Ruler and Progenitor of all things (Hebrews 11:3). We believe He is the founder of all existing material as well as the Creator and Organizer of the world. Within God are three Holy, Immutable and equal persons. God the Father, Jesus The Son and The Holy Ghost. Which all three are fully incapsulated in Jesus Christ (Colossians 2:9).

  • The Bible

We Believe the Bible is the inherent Word of God.  It is our permanent authority in all matters of life.  We believe that Holy men of old wrote and spoke as they were moved upon by the Holy Ghost (2 Peter 1:21). God selected human writers, all while God was the “Author/Editor”. There are no other writings similarly inspired by God. (Psalm 12:6-7, II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1-19-21)

  • The Godhead

We fully believe in the mystery of the Godhead.  We believe that Jesus was both human and divine. We believe that God is a (Holy) Spirit, Jesus is God placed in time and made flesh and the Holy Spirit is God (Designed to help, aid and counsel Believers). Simply stated: God in Eternity, God in Time, God in Us. There is only one God and that is our Lord Jesus Christ.

  • Baptism

We believe that Baptism comes from the Greek word “Baptizo” meaning full immersion in water.  Under the (Act 2:38) Apostolic doctrine, we baptize in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.

  • Marriage

We believe in Biblical Marriage as orchestrated and authored by God Himself (Genesis 2:18-25).  Marriage is between one biological man and one biological woman.

  • Jesus

We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ the Savior of men, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, totally God and totally Man (Luke 1:26-35, John 1:14-18, Isaiah 7:14, 9:6, Phil. 2:6, Rom. 9:5, Col. 2:9). We believe the Lord Jesus Christ gave His life on the cross as a sacrifice for our sin, was buried, and rose again bodily the third day, and personally appeared to His disciples (I Corinthians 15:1-4, Romans 4:25). After His physical death, Jesus Christ rose from the dead and ascended into heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father as the only intercessor between God and man. He promises to return to earth, personally and visibly, to fulfill history and the eternal plan of God.

  • About Salvation

Because of the fall of man (sin), man needed reconciliation, God in his infinite wisdom already designated himself as a sacrificial lamb, named Himself Jesus (God has become Savior) and placed himself into time and presented Himself as the bridge of reconciliation, back unto Himself (Ephesians 2:8-9). We believe to be saved is to confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord.  Jesus died and rose again on the third day and He is God in flesh. The salvation of humanity is completely a work of God’s free grace; it is not in any way the result of human works or goodness. Each person can receive salvation by repentance and faith.

  • The Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit, sent by the Father and the Son, the Holy Spirit applies Christ’s saving work by enlightening the minds of sinners to their need to be saved. He renews and indwells each believer upon receiving the Holy Ghost. The Holy Spirit is God, designed to help, aid and counsel Believers as they walk throughout their lives and lead them into all Truth (John 16:13).

  • About Communion

During Jesus’ last days, He gathered the disciples in a room and asked them to consume bread and wine “in remembrance” of Him. Two thousand years later, we regularly observe the act of consuming bread and grape juice as a community for the exact same reason—to remember our Savior, who sacrificed Himself for our sins.

  • 5-Fold Ministry

We believe in the 5-fold ministries (Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers) to equip believers in Christ to do the work of the ministry.
